This is going to be short and sweet today. Halion just arrived, and we've already downed him on 10 man (with alts no less), so we're going to be giving his hard mode a crack this week. Should be fun! But the real news is that we've also found some incredible healing applicants to solidify our raiding team. Thanks to all the awesome healers who submitted apps!

As that might suggest, we've closed down all healing recruitment for the moment. If you're a truly outstanding healer though, and by that I mean that you can beat some of our current raiding healers' performances, then please feel free to apply anyway. Don't let the little "CLOSED" sign on the right there deter you.

Oh, and we also completed our second Shadowmourne. Grats to Kalust on that. Plaguies and Shampu, you're next!

Oh, Putricide. You were always my favorite. Next to Saurfang. The good news is you left behind so much loot, I can practically taste it! But terrible news, everyone. Putricide is dead! But great news, everyone! He left behind a Rigormortis for Dart the tortoise! Whaa...? I'm a poet, and I didn't know it? Astounding!

The good news, everyone, is we perfected a strat that destroyed all life in the Plague Wing! We didn't go in all dirty like that, either. We got all that nasty flesh scrubbed off first. Then we handled two oozes, one room! So many delightful possibilities, indeed.

At the end of the night, we got a "Hmm. I don't feel a thing. Whaa...? Where'd those come from?" And we responded with Victory: "Tastes like Cherry! Oh! Excuse me!" Until at last, after more "Hmm... Interesting..." and a few "unexpected" developments, BAD NEWS, everyone! Putricide didn't make it!

The Lich King better watch his back. For now, Frostmourne feeds on the souls of our fallen allies, but soon he will watch as the world around him collapses!

With all the excitement surrounding hardmodes, and especially with the onset of summer, it's time to expand our recruitment needs again.
Yes, we all knew this would happen, and as predicted (every single summer) people are taking breaks, or "quitting WoW," or doing whatever it is that inevitably causes a massive exodus right before an expansion hits. This time we've noticed an astonishingly high turnover in HEALERS. Go figure.

So after trying to predict and preempt our recruitment needs, we only partially succeeded. On the one hand, we have continued to have Hardmode Success: we have only 2 remaining (Professor Putricide and the Lich King himself), and now we're hoping to invite some new people in to finish the fun with us. Seriously, be the first on Aggramar to kill heroic Arthas!

So we need another set of solid healers. If you like to heal, and you're able to do so while not standing in fire (or Defiles, or Malleable Goos, or whatever else it may be at the moment), please fill out an app. Also note: we're always taking notice of outstanding recruits, even of classes marked as closed. We are not recruiting you to sit on the sidelines. We need healers that will raid EVERY SINGLE NIGHT with us.

It's that time again: recruitment time.
Yes, I hear the groans from the audience as well, but this is what happens every single Summer. People decide to "take breaks," or "pass their classes," or "get stuck in the hospital for immeasurable amounts of time," or a myriad of other reasons. The net result is always the same, which is that we get stuck with too few raiders.

Well, we're trying to tackle it early this year. We've continued to have Hardmode Success (with the kill of Blood Queen Lana'Thel last night as proof), and now we're hoping to invite some new people in to the fun with us. Fun! Who doesn't want FUN?! Besides, Hardmode content is just about the only challenge left in this game.

We're looking for a good Enhancement Shaman, Shadow Priest, and Mage above all other spots, but we're always taking notice of outstanding recruits (even of classes we may say are closed).
